Type of work:

• Quality Assurance (QA) and testing
• Implementation and execution of promotions
• Publication and maintenance of content
• Validation of content and campaigns
• Incident monitoring and support for their resolution
• Coordination between different teams and stakeholders
• Operational support and continuous process improvement
• Quality control across all digital channels

Requirement profile:

• CFC as a media technician or Bachelor in marketing, communication, digital media, or a related field
• Experience in digital content management, QA testing, digital operations, or e-commerce
• Great attention to detail and strong quality orientation
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency with digital tools, CMS platforms, and online publishing systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented approach
• Experience in implementing promotions and managing campaigns
• Knowledge of Agile working methods
• Experience in the telecommunications, digital services, or e-commerce sectors
• Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools
• After an on-site training period, possibility to work 3 days remotely
• Very good command of French; command of German and Italian would be an asset (level A2)
• Long-term temporary mission starting from 1st December 2026, for a duration of one year, with the possibility of a permanent contract (CDI)
