In the course of a planned retirement within the well-established purchasing team, we are looking for a professionally skilled and committed personality who wishes to take over the succession in this central position.

Your Task ##

• Responsibility for the strategic and operative procurement of defined product groups in an industrial environment
• Order processing, monitoring of delivery dates, correspondence with the plants, and authorization of accounts payable invoices
• Price and condition negotiations with international suppliers are daily business for you
• Active supplier management, including selection, development, and sustainable expansion of international supplier relationships
• Planning and execution of supplier visits as well as supplier audits to ensure quality, cost, and performance targets

Your Profile ##

• Technical basic training with experience from a technical environment with commercial further training
• Several years of professional experience as a buyer (m/f) with negotiation skills in industrial purchasing (mechanics, electronics)
• Further training in purchasing (e.g., Einkaufsfachmann/Einkaufsfachfrau FA) or towards Supply Chain Management
• Profound language skills in German and English, both spoken and written
• Good IT skills; MS Office and ERP system
