Job Description

• Processing and system-based recording of rejections or undeliverable payment orders
• Processing of certificates of loss
• Unblocking of blocked SwissPass accounts
• Independent and efficient processing of pending tasks
• Recording and maintenance of relevant data in the system
• Depending on suitability and learning speed, taking on further and more demanding administrative tasks
• Induction into the various activities is carried out directly by the existing team

Desired Profile

• Commercial basic training
• Very good German language skills as well as strong reading comprehension
• Exact, expeditious and reliable way of working
• Quick comprehension and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks
• High affinity for numbers and enjoyment of administrative activities
• Good user knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite
• Knowledge in the area of debt collection and SchKG is an advantage
• Independent, structured and responsible personality
