• You actively develop the digital transformation of PKF Zurich
• You identify, evaluate and implement innovative technologies focused on AI and automation
• You support our Audit, Tax, Accounting and Payroll departments in the optimization and digitization of their processes as well as in the use of digital tools
• You analyze existing business processes and develop practical, efficient and sustainable solutions
• You lead digitization and innovation projects from the idea to successful implementation
• You design and develop AI and Copilot solutions with a direct benefit for our employees and clients
• You work closely with specialist departments, IT partners and IT suppliers

Here is what convinces us about you:

• Degree in business informatics, computer science, data science or equivalent training
• Practical experience in the digitization / automation of business processes
• Good understanding of artificial intelligence and data analysis
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power BI or similar technologies
• Experience with Abacus, DeepBox, DeepO, DeepNinja or other ERP, document management and financial systems is a plus
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
• Joy in clearly communicating new technologies and enthusiastically inspiring people for innovation
• Great personal initiative and high quality requirements
