With the areas of Support, Payroll and Development, the Personnel Service Center supports around 1,600 employees with and without IV pension and supports an innovative, mindful approach to people and the entire corporate culture.

Due to the retirement of our long-term employee, we are looking for a

HR Department Manager 80 %

for the Personnel Service Center, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Your role

In this varied function, you are the central contact person for managers and employees with an IV pension in all personnel matters. You accompany them along the entire Employee Life Cycle and provide support in challenging situations in close cooperation with social workers. You manage the application management and ensure professional HR administration. Furthermore, you actively contribute to the further development and digitalization of the processes in your area of responsibility and help shape the future. With your commitment, you contribute significantly to successfully shaping the professional participation of people with an IV pension.

Your profile

• commercial basic training with further training in human resources (HR specialist certificate or comparable training)
• professional experience in a generalist HR function (experience in the disability sector is an advantage)
• pronounced advisory competence with a convincing and winning appearance
• independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• organizational skill and a networked way of thinking
• assertiveness paired with empathy and appreciative communication
• resilience as well as a confident handling of demanding situations
• good IT user knowledge and interest in digital solutions
• enjoyment of working with people with different needs and life situations
