Information Security Officer and Project Manager, 80-100%

The Department Secretariat supports the department management and is responsible for digital transformation in the Bau- und Justizdepartement. The project management pool of the Amt für Geoinformation supports the Department Secretariat and the specialized offices in the development and implementation of digital projects. For the Dienstleistungen department, we are looking for an IS Officer and Project Manager, 80-100%, at the Solothurn location as of or by arrangement.

Your responsibility

• You initialize, plan, and lead IT and digitalization projects for the Department Secretariat and the specialized offices. Together with the departments, you analyze problems, processes, and requirements and develop solution concepts as well as decision bases.
• You support the maintenance of the departmental project portfolio as well as the coordination and prioritization of projects, also in the AI sector.
• As an Information Security Officer, you assess protection needs, risks, and security requirements and advise the offices.

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in (Business) Informatics, engineering sciences, or a comparable qualification.
• Your sound experience helps you in the collection of technical requirements and in the creation of solution concepts.
• Your experience in leading projects and your methodological competence in project management round off your profile.
