Your contribution

• Guarantee the deputy role of the head of the Law division
• Lead the Legal Service sector from an organizational, technical, and personnel perspective
• Direct legislative projects and political affairs of fedpol
• Provide advice to management and executives on legal issues concerning the entire scope of activity of the Office, in particular contract law and public procurement law and data protection
• Represent the Office in case of legal disputes before the authorities (IFPDT) and the courts of the Confederation

What distinguishes you

• University degree in law, preferably with a bar attorney license and several years of experience in the relevant legal fields
• Leadership and administrative experience
• In-depth knowledge of contract law and public procurement law and data protection
• In-depth knowledge of legislation
• Extraordinary psychophysical resilience and flexibility and strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent oral and written knowledge of at least two official languages and English, passive knowledge of a third official language
