Those who treat patients at a distance at Medgate will receive intensive training in telemedicine at the beginning. The medical guidelines, which were developed for the needs of telemedicine and continuously further developed over many years, are practical and designed for remote treatment. The patient management system supports doctors, among other things, through the use of Artificial Intelligence in treatment. This means doctors have less administrative effort and can focus more specifically on the patients. The medicine of the future is already a reality at Medgate.

What we can offer you
You treat the patients of Medgate Schweiz independently as a telemedicine specialist, primarily on weekends.
In addition, you communicate with the patients via telephone, video, or chat.
Our telemedicine guidelines support you in the final therapy or the triage to physical service providers – we treat 50% of all medical concerns conclusively.
The workload suitable for your current stage of life in the range of 50 and 80 %.
A working week that is limited to 42 hours (at 100% workload) and which you can help shape with your work and wishes.
There is no overtime with us. In the event of additional demand, those colleagues who can arrange additional shifts will get in touch.
You receive at least 5 weeks of paid vacation as well as attractive remuneration and bonuses.
You can work easily from home and thus save unnecessary travel times in an already busy everyday life: Home Office from Germany and Switzerland possible. Office locations in Basel/Allschwil (CH) and Chiasso (CH) available.

At our company, telemedicine is its own discipline, which is why we train you as a telemedicine specialist at the beginning of your activity at Medgate. All new employees receive intensive induction. Your profile
You are a doctor: Completed medical studies with a medical diploma as well as specialist title for General Internal Medicine or at least 2 years of experience in general medicine.
If you already possess MEBEKO recognition, we are pleased - if not, we are happy to take care of it together with you.
You prefer a contemporary working environment: We have flat hierarchies and everyone uses "Du".
You are digitally savvy and enthusiastic about technology: With us, the computer is not a means to an end, but a colleague that enables us to connect to our patients and makes the tedious admin work as easy as possible.
You are strong in communication and listening: Telemedicine specialists see with their ears and develop a sharp picture of their counterpart through targeted questions.
You have very good German skills and ideally also foreign language skills in Italian, French, or English.
You like structured and independent work: We have perfected telemedicine over the past 26 years and are happy to show you how we achieve the best possible treatment through structured procedures. However, you do not have to work through pre-made question catalogs or follow decision trees.
