Your tasks You * create reportings, budgets and forecasts and analyze revenue and cost development and create a variance analysis. * develop and maintain a financial impact model which maps relationships between tasks, time requirements, costs and risks. * analyze specific services and business areas, create calculations and forecasts for them and further develop the key figure system and the cost and performance accounting. * answer financial questions independently and work closely with the division management to do so. * implement risk-based controlling, monitor economic development and identify deviations, risks and need for action at an early stage. Your profile You * have a business administration education with a focus on finance or controlling. * bring several years of experience in controlling, preferably in a service environment. * recognize operational and financial cause-and-effect relationships and can map them in comprehensible models, analyses and key figures. * have good Excel skills and ideally also bring experience in Power-BI as well as the use of AI. * work independently, structured and reliably and proactively contribute your experience to this newly created position.
