What awaits you

• Monitoring and development of a portfolio of AXA agencies in the Private Non-Life sector.
• Daily exchange and coordination with private and corporate Back-Office employees for routine business.
• Collaboration with underwriting for the development of offers and the definition of conditions related to the various branches of the Non-Life sector.
• Follow-up of business, processing of adaptation missions, fighting cancellations and portfolio maintenance.
• Processing of special requests (troubleshooting) such as: special solutions, counter-offers, complaints, goodwill gestures, claims files, collection, etc.
• Regular visits and occasional organization of training at assigned agencies. Representation at internal and external professional events.

What you bring

• Basic training in the insurance field with solid technical knowledge, as well as several years of practical experience ideally in the distribution sector.
• AFA certification is strongly desired. A federal diploma of specialist in private insurance or a diploma in insurance economics is an asset.
• Team spirit, excellent social skills, as well as the ability to convince and negotiate.
• Strong customer orientation, analytical and forecasting skills, high adaptability and openness to change.
• Ease of speaking in public and knowledge of interview, communication and presentation techniques.
• Knowledge of the Private and Corporate Non-Life market, as well as the various actors that compose it.
• Mastery of French (native language or equivalent level). Knowledge of German is an asset.
