Your task ##

• Technical responsibility for a defined customer base
• Planning and management of IT infrastructure projects
• Support and further development of existing customer environments
• Consulting regarding IT solutions and life-cycle management
• Conception of on-premise, cloud, and hybrid solutions
• Functional leadership and support of the support team
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and project costs
• Interface between customers and internal specialists

Your profile ##

• IT specialist EFZ system technology/platform development, Dipl. Informatiker/in HF and/or BSc FH in informatics
• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure, engineering, and technical project management
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, MDM, and Teams
• Sound experience with VMware ESXi and Horizon VDI
• Microsoft and VMware certifications, e.g., Endpoint Administrator Associate or VCP, are an advantage
• Experience in consulting and supporting business customers as well as a structured, independent way of working
• Proficient German skills (C2) and very good English skills (B2) as well as category B driver's license
