Risk Management Manager

Your contribution

• Develop decision-making bases for the Comando Ciber leadership team and the superior body
• Manage and control the integrated (operational) risk portfolio in close collaboration with the Audit management at the Comando Cyber
• Based on risk management, plan and coordinate assessments, evaluate risks and define their priority, follow up on the implementation of measures aimed at reducing risks together with the line managers
• Further develop the risk management process with the GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) approach and promote a sustainable risk culture within the Comando Cyber
• Provide advice and support to the head of Comando Ciber, the leadership team, the line management, and the heads of specialist directorates regarding risk-relevant issues and the application of risk management methods
• Actively represent the Comando Ciber within specialist bodies and working groups of the superior body as well as with relevant partners

What distinguishes you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or specialist training in risk management and/or audit, with several years of experience in roles related to the function
• Good active knowledge of at least a second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as experience in drafting management reports and decision-making bases
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills as well as experience in collaborating with various stakeholder groups
• A military career as an officer of the Swiss Army, with assignments at the staff of a Large Unit or similar leadership or staff assignments, constitutes an advantage
