You are a trained automation technician and you want to evolve in an environment where customer technical support is at the heart of the activity? You have a strong interest in building automation and you want to contribute to concrete, innovative and customer-oriented projects? Then this position is made for you! Join our client with a team of 5 technical support specialists.

Responsibilities

Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support (pre- and after-sales) to customers and sales teams, mainly in the field of building automation

Analyze, process and resolve technical requests via our ticketing system, ensuring rigorous follow-up oriented towards customer satisfaction

Support customers in the commissioning, configuration and troubleshooting of our automation solutions

Participate in the creation of digital content (manuals, video tutorials, e-learning training)

Contribute to internal projects in the field of building automation (PLC development, system migration, etc.)

Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials

Collaborate actively with our teams in Switzerland and internationally

Profile

CFC automation technician or basic training in the field of electrotechnics, continuing education as an ES technician is a plus

Excellent command of French and German (oral and written, C2 level)

Good knowledge of building programming (CODESYS, Beckhoff, KNX, BacNet, DALI, etc.)

Autonomous, organized, customer and solution-oriented, with a good team spirit
