As a Business Engineer in team Phoenix, you are the central link between requirement and implementation. You work actively with stakeholders from the business, analyze requirements, structure functional needs, and accompany their implementation, from the idea to the productive solution. With your eye for processes, data, and systems, you create sustainable solutions that secure the network construction of Switzerland. You support both the ongoing operation and the future development of the system landscape and actively contribute to knowledge transfer within the team.

• Analysis, specification, and prioritization of business requirements in the system landscape of the ART with a focus on Oracle DB, SAP, and Camunda
• Close cooperation with Product Owners, departments, architecture, and development teams
• Design and optimization of business-critical processes and solutions
• Accompanying requirements, from the idea to successful implementation, in an agile environment

Your Skills

• Degree (ETH/Uni/FH) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or an equivalent degree, or professional experience
• Several years of experience in Business Engineering, Requirements Engineering, or Business Analysis
• Experience in the analysis of complex business processes and in requirements management
• Understanding of agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) as well as data and system landscapes
• Analytical, structured, and networked way of working
• Communicative and enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders
• High level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and solution orientation
• Very good German and good English; French is an advantage
