Anyone who pays social security contributions wants to be sure that, for example, AHV pensions or family allowances are paid out correctly and punctually in case of need. You ensure that our customers can be completely reassured.

As a Customer Advisor, you are the contact person for employers. You assess the obligation to insure, determine contributions and allowances, check wage declarations, and create settlements. You always provide advice in a friendly and competent manner when questions arise. And should an objection ever occur, you process it confidently.

Despite all professional expertise, you act and communicate empathetically, because you know that your performance achieves a lot.

You convince us professionally and personally.
For this responsible task, you have a commercial apprenticeship Profile M or E. Alternatively, you have completed another three-year apprenticeship and supplemented it with qualified commercial further training. You can particularly impress us with a federal diploma in the field of social insurance or with the willingness to acquire one. Work experience in the insurance environment will facilitate your entry. By the way: We also welcome applications from career changers.
