Your tasks ##

• Autonomous management of projects in different thematic areas throughout the project life cycle
• Responsibility for achieving project objectives in terms of quality, time, and budget, as well as the development of project plans and roadmaps
• Analysis of complex questions as well as development of concepts and solution approaches with a strategic orientation
• Development and preparation of presentations, decision bases, and status reports for management bodies
• Active management and integration of internal and external stakeholders as well as preparation and moderation of workshops, decision-making bodies, and steering committees
• Monitoring project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies in order to ensure project success
• Continuous development of processes, methods, and tools in project work

What you bring ##

• University degree, preferably in management information systems, business administration, or banking
• Several years of experience in autonomous project management
• Mastery of classic, agile, or hybrid project management methods
• Professional experience in the financial sector is an asset
• Strong affinity for IT and mastery of digital tools and technologies; experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus
• Developed analytical skills, networked thinking, and a good understanding of economic contexts
• Very structured, autonomous, and reliable way of working with a high awareness of quality, even in cases of high workload
• Great personal initiative and commitment as well as the ability to assert oneself to actively advance topics
