On behalf of one of our clients, a well-established fiduciary in the canton of Genève, we are looking for a Senior Fiduciary Accountant at 80-100% to strengthen its accounting team.

Your tasks at your new employer

• Autonomously ensure the accounting follow-up of a portfolio of companies and freelancers
• Take charge of current accounting work up to the preparation of year-end closings
• Prepare annual accounts in accordance with current Swiss standards
• Establish VAT returns as well as tax returns for individuals and legal entities
• Participate in payroll management and procedures related to social insurances
• Prepare the documents necessary for audits and ensure exchanges with auditors
• Be the preferred interlocutor for clients for their accounting, tax and administrative questions
• Ensure the follow-up of deadlines and the proper administrative management of mandates
• Depending on your background, accompany and supervise more junior employees

You offer your new employer

• Higher education in accounting/finance, ideally completed by a federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting or fiduciary agent
• At least 5 years of experience acquired within a fiduciary in Switzerland
• Very good knowledge of Swiss accounting and current tax obligations
• Excellent command of French, both oral and written, and a good level of English, minimum B2
• You are autonomous and enjoy managing your files from A to Z
• You demonstrate rigor and an excellent sense of organization
