For our headquarters in Genève, we are looking for a: ###

Real Estate & Fiduciary Accountant ##

Your missions

• Preparation of complete financial statements for SI/SA,
• Administrative and Tax for fiduciary files,
• Quarterly closings of institutional rental buildings,
• Heating and ancillary cost statements,
• Occasional assistance with PPE accounting,
• Being one of the contact persons at the accounting level for the entire clientele: owners and tenants.

Profile sought

• 5 years of experience in the field of real estate and/or fiduciary accounting,
• Knowledge of the QUORUM software would be a real asset,
• Autonomous, organized, and easy contact with clients,
• Ability to adapt one's activity according to priority tasks,
• Understanding of allemand or anglais.
