Your new task

You will take over the independent management of the real estate accounting for an extensive portfolio and ensure that the financial processes are handled reliably and correctly.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Managing the real estate accounting for a portfolio of around 500 properties
• Collaboration on the periodic closings
• Preparation of heating and service charge statements
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Collaboration on tax topics and other tasks

The position is varied and offers you the opportunity to use your know-how in many different ways.

What you bring with you

For this task, we are looking for a personality who is technically proficient and at the same time enjoys working independently.

• Several years of professional experience in real estate accounting
• Further training in the field of finance and accounting is an advantage
• An exact, structured, and independent way of working
• Enjoyment of digital work processes and good IT affinity
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing

It is particularly important that you move confidently within real estate accounting and enjoy it.
