Tasks ##

• You develop decision-making bases for new solutions and advise division management and stakeholders on system integration.
• Together with the architecture team, you further develop the business unit architecture - consisting of processes, applications, data, and technology.
• You competently lead digitalization projects from the initial idea to successful implementation.
• The networking of IT, specialist departments, and external partners as well as the representation of Energielösungen in ewz-wide architecture committees are among your core tasks.
• You maintain the architecture landscape and ensure consistent documentation, governance, and compliance within the business unit.

Profile ##

• You have a degree in business informatics, computer science, engineering, or an adequate professional or further education.
• You have sound knowledge in business process analysis, agile software development, and project management.
• You have already gained experience in leading heterogeneous project teams and in stakeholder management, ideally in the energy, building technology, or real estate industry.
• You have proficient German and English language skills and impress with clear communication as well as the ability to maintain an overview even under pressure.
• Analytical and networked thinking as well as high initiative characterize you, as does the joy in complex, technical-professional questions.
