What you do with us

In your role with a focus on solution design, you will work within diverse software projects for doctors, hospitals, insurance companies, and other healthcare organizations (federal offices). In doing so, you will develop innovative solution concepts for technically complex issues together with customers and the healthinal project team. You will act as an interface between business and technology and use your technical understanding to accurately define functional requirements for your colleagues in development. For individual projects, you will take on end-to-end project responsibility from kick-off to go-live and coordinate the involved stakeholders and their needs. With your commitment, you will bring innovations to the Swiss healthcare market and ensure that digital solutions create real added value & fit perfectly into the everyday lives of users.

Your profile

• University degree in medical informatics, business informatics, or similar disciplines; relevant certifications in project and portfolio management (IPMA, PMP, Prince2, SAFe/Agile) are a plus.
• Several years of agile project experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, Requirements Engineer
• Demonstrable knowledge:
• in the application of requirements methodologies
• in User Experience methods and application in e.g., Figma
• and experience in the design of software solutions
• in JIRA and Confluence, Miro, and other digital tools
• Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system would be a clear plus
• You feel comfortable in customer contact, are communicative, possess a high awareness of quality, and work independently
• You like to handle the full spectrum from project-strategic topics to the clarification of detailed requirements
• Drive to develop yourself personally and professionally together with us
• Very good German skills (at least C1, written & oral, Swiss German an advantage); knowledge of French and/or English at level C1 are a clear plus
