Ecole d'Humanité is a renowned international boarding school with a unique pedagogical approach. 100 young people and 40 teachers from over 20 nations live and learn together in our unique school village. We are looking for a committed and strategically thinking personality as Senior Admissions & Enrollment Manager m/w/d 80 - 100 % starting immediately or at the earliest possible date to strengthen the school's visibility, acquire new students, and represent the mission and values of Ecole worldwide. In this role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and admissions strategy, be responsible for the entire admissions process, and maintain a strong connection to internal and external target groups, including alumni and potential families. This is a leadership position that includes both an on-site presence and international travel to represent the school at recruitment events worldwide. Your tasks - What you will do with us: Enrollment Strategy & Recruitment * Strategic management of the enrollment process for Matura and US high school programs * Responsibility for enrollment goals and conversion results along the entire funnel * Building and maintaining the network with international agents and educational consultants in Europe & Asia * Personal guidance of potential families through the decision-making process * Representation of the school at education fairs and roadshows in DACH and Asia Professional Team Coordination * Professional guidance and prioritization of the Admissions Officers (CH, US) and Registration * Ensuring uniform process quality and family support throughout the entire application process * Ownership of CRM HubSpot: pipeline management, conversion tracking, reporting * Collaboration with the executive management on enrollment forecasting and capacity planning * Collaboration with the executive management on enrollment forecasting and capacity planning * Writing and editing sophisticated texts for the school website, campaigns, and posts * Ensuring the content quality and pedagogical authenticity of texts ready for publication * Coordination of external publications (specialist media, partner organizations, alumni content) * First point of contact for strategically relevant partners, platforms, and educational intermediaries * Collaboration with the foundation, cooperative, and alumni network at the operational level What distinguishes you - your profile: * Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communication, business administration, or a related field. * Proven experience in marketing and admissions, ideally at an international school or a private school. * Excellent communication skills in (Swiss) German and English; French is an advantage * Experience with digital marketing and CRM systems is required. * Initial leadership experience with a focus on team development as well as a strategic approach to achieving enrollment and admission goals.
