Product Owner - HR Systems & Data (w/m/d)

Your tasks * In this role, you are responsible for the HR systems and data as well as the recruiting products. Within the Area Order Management, you take on an important role in your developer team and build a deep understanding of the processes and software solutions * Together with your stakeholders in the area of People & Culture as well as your Scrum Team, you develop and live the product vision. You are responsible for the development of the product roadmap as well as the product backlog and ensure their transparency * You will grow through the interplay of internal and external systems, the interfaces, and the quality of the collected data * With the solutions of your Scrum Team, you create added value for the company and our employees * You manage the substantive maturity process of projects and user stories from the idea through to acceptance and feedback cycles. Together with the Scrum Team, you live a continuous improvement process as a role model * You look at the local processes in the business and accompany the necessary improvement steps with appropriate drive until implementation and beyond. You act as an entrepreneur in your area of responsibility * Your skills * In addition to a higher professional education (ETH/UNI/FH), you bring at least 3 years of professional experience in an agile environment.
