Your Task ##

• Processing customer inquiries in first-level support via ticket system
• Independent troubleshooting of technical problems and malfunctions
• Coordination and forwarding of complex tickets to System Engineering
• Communication of processing status to the affected customers
• Process-oriented documentation of all support activities carried out
