Bern (and Homeoffice) | 80-100% (Jobsharing possible) | This is the contribution you can make * Lead a competent team of Cyber Security experts in organizational, personnel, and professional respects * Ensure the operational deployment planning of the analysts for the permanent service, as well as for army deployments * Ensure the planning and further development of the tools used, as well as the permanent realignment of employees to current threats * Ensure full deputy representation of the Head of Cyber Fusion Center during their absence * Be responsible for, plan, and coordinate threat hunting on the ICT infrastructure of the VBS to identify anomalies or undetected threats in the network * Research prototypes with the Cyber Defence Campus of Armasuisse and the Department of Cyber and Electromagnetic Actions (CEA) to develop new detection methods and identify new research directions What makes you unique * University degree in computer science, information security, or engineering * Additional training in the field of cybersecurity (CAS, MAS) is an advantage * Several years of leadership experience of interdisciplinary teams in an agile environment as well as sound experience in project and process management and in agile methods * Officer training and several years of military leadership experience are a plus, but not a condition * Good active knowledge of at least a second official language as well as passive knowledge of a third official language In a nutshell As an experienced leader, you will take on a key role in the cyber defense of the Swiss Army.
