Reliable payroll and functioning time management are a matter of course for our employees - however, there is a lot of expertise, accuracy, and teamwork behind it. Together with your three female colleagues in the Team Payroll & Zeitwirtschaft, you ensure that our employees are correctly and punctually settled regarding wages, allowances, and deductions and that time management functions reliably in everyday life.

With your expertise, your flair for numbers, and your joy in good solutions, you are an important point of contact for employees and managers.

Your job destination ##

• You ensure that payroll-relevant and variable data are reliably recorded and correctly processed in SAP-HCM - from entries and exits to absences and unpaid leaves to allowances and deductions
• You process family allowances, EO/MSE compensations, as well as sickness and accident cases independently and simultaneously ensure the correct processing of social insurance, withholding tax, and daily allowance settlements
• As a competent point of contact, you support employees and managers with questions regarding payroll and time management and take over the 1st-level support for our SAP time recording system
• You ensure correct and up-to-date time management and pay attention to compliance with statutory working and rest time regulations as well as our internal instructions and regulations
• You reliably create reports, statistics, and evaluations, thereby preparing important foundations for internal inquiries

Your skills in your luggage ##

• Payroll and time management are your field of expertise: In addition to your commercial or business administration training, you have proven further training in payroll or social insurance and already bring several years of professional experience in this environment
• SAP-HCM is familiar to you and you enjoy familiarizing yourself with complex systems and processes
• Care, accuracy, and a structured way of working characterize you - even when many different business cases require your attention simultaneously
• Numbers, data, and administrative processes suit you and at the same time you appreciate contact with people and enjoy supporting them with understandable and solution-oriented answers
• You like to think along, recognize connections, and get to the bottom of things instead of being satisfied with the first answer
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as confident MS-Office skills - especially in Excel - round off your profile
