Customer Advisor Occupational Pension 80–100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Advising our insured persons and the possibility of conducting presentation events
• Ensuring efficient customer service in the area of Active Insured
• Advising and creating various types of provisional pension calculations
• Demonstrating the various purchasing options
• Responsible for administrative work in the area of Home Ownership Promotion (WEF)

Your profile

• A completed commercial or equivalent basic training, preferably with experience at a pension institution in the insurance sector
• Native German language, you can apply Italian or French skills at any time
• Team player, extremely committed, independent, customer-oriented with a good communicative manner, characterized by an exact way of working
• Dealing with numbers comes easily to you
