For our Accès Personnel Genève branch, we are looking for a Personnel Consultant (M/F) at 100% – Industry & Watchmaking sector.

A multi-faceted job

We are not really HR... but a little bit anyway. We recruit, support and are the employers of our temporary employees, with everything that implies in terms of contracts and the legal framework.

Concretely, your missions will be:

• Create real proximity with your clients and understand their needs
• Search for candidates on different channels
• Write and distribute job offers
• Conduct interviews and organize tests
• Identify skills, but also the small details that make all the difference
• Present candidates to clients and support them during their missions
• Prepare files, establish contracts and ensure administrative follow-up

To succeed in our team, you must:

• Be curious about others, love discussing, listening and creating bridges
• Have an excellent sense of service
• Love challenges and days that never go quite as planned
• Possess an excellent memory – however, no check of your omega-3 level will be performed
• Be persevering: do, undo, start again... and sometimes succeed
• Know how to manage frustration, because our job also counts more "no"s than "yes"es
• Demonstrate consistency, discipline and organization
• Have a sense of humor – indispensable to last over time and especially to work with us

Experience in recruitment, commerce or customer relations is a plus, but it is not indispensable. What we are looking for above all is a personality with a real interest in personnel placement. Knowledge of industry or watchmaking is appreciated, without being mandatory.

And on the technical skills side:

• Perfect mastery of French, both spoken and written
• Great ease with IT tools, because the job also involves about 50% of the time behind a screen
