What you can achieve with us * You ensure effective and high-quality job placement for our customers. * You ensure that suitable positions are actively searched for, acquired, and managed, and that suitable customers are sustainably placed in the primary labor market. * You build contacts with employers and other relevant stakeholders, maintain these long-term, and represent job placement externally. * Customers as well as employers are advised with the goal of preserving existing jobs as much as possible. * You examine effective measures to preserve a job or actively advocate for use in adapted workplaces within the organizations. * You work closely with our customer service and other internal departments. Which skills are important to us * You have completed vocational training at EFZ level. Ideally, you have further training in the field of coaching, consulting, or agogics. * You bring sound experience in job placement and/or vocational reintegration. * You know the labor market in the Canton of Bern very well and have a good network of employers or can build one quickly. * The services of the IV are not foreign to you. You are ready to acquire the necessary specialist knowledge regarding job placement and job retention. * You enjoy actively approaching companies and convince with your acquisition, communication, and negotiation competence. * You work efficiently, solution- and result-oriented, and can maintain an overview even with different requirements. * French is your mother tongue. A good understanding of the German language is required. Benefits Working hours: Annual working time (42 hours / week), possibility to work part-time as well as mobile, paid breaks Vacation: At least 25 days of vacation annually, from age 45 28 days and from age 55 33 days.
