Who are we?

The Justitia project works on the digitalization of Swiss justice. The project team currently consists of about fifty people, supported by external female and male collaborators as well as partner companies. We are developing two software solutions for judicial authorities (the platform for electronic communication in the judicial field and the consultation of files, as well as the judicial file application (ADJ) for the processing and management of digital files) and are supporting judicial authorities in their digital transition. The project team has grown significantly in recent months and will continue to evolve in the future. In the coming months, the project will be transferred to an operating organization, a public law corporation.

Here are your tasks:

• Management and prioritization of requirements: You act as the link between the cantonal judicial authorities and the ADJ deployment and product team. You compare the requirements with existing functional and technical solutions. Where relevant and technically feasible, you collect change requests, document them, and prioritize them for the Product Management.
• Deployment responsibility: You support judicial authorities in the introduction of the ADJ from a business perspective. You contribute to ensuring that customers have high-quality documentation wherever necessary.
• Elaboration of documents: You write user stories, process descriptions, specifications, and concepts in order to accurately translate the needs of the stakeholders.
• Team development and moderation: You contribute to the establishment of a solid deployment and product team; you facilitate and document workshops aimed at developing solutions together.
• Process orientation: You advance the introduction and improvement of agile processes within the team to strengthen the self-organization and efficiency of the Scrum team.

What you bring:

• Experience as a Business Analyst: You have at least five years of experience in Business Analysis for a digital product in a B2B environment.
• Agile methods: You are proficient in Scrum or other agile principles.
• Stakeholder management: You know how to collect and prioritize the various needs of stakeholders and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Process understanding and design capability: You work in a structured manner, like to design solutions, and possess a good understanding of complex processes.
• Moderation and collaboration: You have experience in facilitating workshops and in Design Thinking. You enjoy working within interdisciplinary teams.
• Technical understanding: You are used to working with complex technical systems and possess a good understanding of IT systems.
• Language skills: You are proficient in German or French at a native language level, have good knowledge of the other language as well as good knowledge of English.
• Experience in the judicial field: Ideally, you have already worked on projects in the judicial field.
