Your tasks at the new employer:

• You will independently take over versatile tasks in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting and ensure smooth financial processes with precise account reconciliations and professional dunning management
• In international accounting, you are responsible for the examination and posting of invoices, coordinate payment runs, and reliably keep an eye on bank transactions as well as the general and subsidiary ledgers
• For quarterly and annual closings, you actively contribute your expertise, prepare relevant data for VAT returns, and work closely with internal contact persons and external trustees
• With your eye for detail, you create meaningful evaluations, maintain important financial master data, and actively help shape the digitalization and automation of existing accounting processes

You offer your new employer:

• You have completed commercial training with a focus on accounting or a comparable qualification, although experienced personalities with a different professional background are also very welcome
• Further training as a Clerk in Accounting or a federal diploma in Finance and Accounting is an advantage, as is the motivation to continuously expand your expertise
• You bring practical experience in financial accounting, account reconciliations, and closing work, work confidently with MS Excel and ERP systems such as SAP FI or comparable solutions like Abacus, and have very good German and good English skills
• With your reliable, independent, and structured manner, you maintain an overview even in lively situations, value personal exchange, and convince through team spirit, discretion, and initiative
