We are looking for an Internal Sales Clerk (m/f) for an innovative and growing SME with around 200 employees that stands for quality and efficiency. In this role, you will competently advise both private and business customers at home and abroad in German and French.

Your Task ##

• Independent order processing from quotation creation through order processing to invoicing
• Competent customer advice via telephone, e-mail or in person on-site
• Active participation in the optimization and further development of existing processes
• Taking over administrative tasks to efficiently support the team
• Careful maintenance and updating of customer and order data in the ERP system

Your Profile ##

• Completed commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in internal sales as well as in international order processing / professional experience in the industry/electrical sector is an advantage
• Very good German and French skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing
• High personal responsibility as well as an independent and precise way of working
• Strong technical understanding
