Your task ##

• Design, implement, and further develop modern workplace solutions with Microsoft Intune
• Provide technical advice to customers on workplace, device, and client management topics
• Configure and optimize Microsoft Intune for MDM and MAM scenarios
• Be responsible for the Windows client lifecycle from deployment to ongoing operation
• Operate and continuously improve Microsoft Endpoint Management and group policies
• Independently plan and technically implement customer projects in the modern workplace environment
• Analyze complex malfunctions and support operations in 3rd-level support
• Create and further develop automations with PowerShell as well as software packaging

Your profile ##

• Completed training as an Informatiker/in EFZ with a focus on systems engineering or platform development, ideally supplemented by further training at HF/FH level
• Several years of practical experience with Microsoft Intune, especially in the implementation of MDM and MAM projects
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Management, group policies, and modern Windows client environments
• Sound experience in Windows Client Lifecycle Management from deployment to operation
• Good knowledge of PowerShell, automation, and software packaging
• Microsoft certifications in the area of Modern Workplace or Client Management are an advantage
• Proficient German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2)
• Possession of a Category B driver's license
