Do you have experience in accounts payable, enjoy working with SAP, and want to actively participate in the digitalization of financial processes?

Our client is an established and growing company in a future-oriented industry. To strengthen the finance team, we are looking for a reliable and proactive personality as an Accounts Payable Accountant.

Your tasks

• Independent processing of ongoing accounts payable accounting
• Monitoring and coordination of invoice approvals
• Posting and coding of invoices with and without purchase order reference
• Execution of the three-way match as well as reconciliation of purchase invoices with the internal ordering system
• Formal examination of invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Processing of reminders and clarification of open matters
• Clarification of invoice differences with internal departments and external suppliers
• Management of the shared departmental mailbox and timely processing of incoming inquiries
• Collaboration on digitalization projects and the optimization of accounts payable processes

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• At least two years of professional experience in finance or accounting
• Practical experience in accounts payable is an advantage
• Good SAP knowledge
• Independent, accurate, and proactive way of working
• Resilient and reliable personality with the necessary assertiveness
• Very good German skills at C1 level
• French and English skills are an advantage
