In doing so, you will network different stakeholders and ensure that security and quality remain the focus.

We offer a fair salary, which ranges between CHF 100’000 and CHF 115’000 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with differing competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may lie slightly below or above the range.

What you can achieve.

• You take on technical responsibility for burglar alarm systems and ensure the Switzerland-wide implementation of fundamentals, specifications, and tools.
• For new or adapted products, you coordinate the projects, ensure implementation, and drive further development.
• You lead the specialist committee for burglar alarm systems, support the decentralized project managers, and are the central contact person for business units and other stakeholders.
• You define and document relevant standards, guidelines, and work instructions in a practical and comprehensible manner.
• You ensure the technical flow of information as well as knowledge transfer and are responsible for quality management.

What you bring with you.

• You have several years of experience in project management or product responsibility for burglar alarm systems.
• Basic training in electronics, electrical engineering, or building automation forms your technical basis; an SES certification for burglar and robbery alarm systems is an advantage.
• You think analytically and in a networked manner, grasp connections quickly, and develop suitable solutions.
• High personal responsibility, independence, and initiative characterize your way of working.
• You combine clear technical specifications with pragmatic solutions and represent your position convincingly.
• Very good oral German and French skills or the willingness to actively deepen your language skills complete your profile.
