We are looking for a motivated and talented person immediately or by agreement.

Your tasks ##

• Autonomous management and supervision of accounts receivable
• Recording and controlling payments as well as regular reconciliation of customer accounts
• Monitoring and clarification of open items and discrepancies
• Registration of new customers and careful maintenance of master customer data
• Carrying out creditworthiness checks as part of credit and receivables management
• Responsibility for the dunning, collection, and debt enforcement process as well as rigorous follow-up of open receivables
• Development of analyses, reports, and relevant indicators in the customer area
• Competent handling of requests from customers as well as specialized internal departments
• Active participation in the development, optimization, and digitalization of processes in accounts receivable
• Taking on other administrative and accounting tasks within the department

Your profile ##

• Completed basic commercial training
• Additional training in finance and accounting, for example as an accounting employee, an asset
• Professional experience in accounts receivable or receivables management
• Good knowledge of accounting processes, particularly regarding payments, account reconciliations, and dunning
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
• Strong affinity for numbers as well as an autonomous, precise, and structured way of working
• Pronounced service orientation as well as clear and professional communication
• Perfect command of German, oral and written; other languages an asset
• Interest in the development and digitalization of processes
