Your task is interdisciplinary and meaningful.
As an employee in Administration Integration, you have the overview and know what is happening in the integration process. You are, so to speak, the right hand of our vocational and integration consultants of the IV-Stelle by supporting them with demanding administrative activities. An upbeat and collegial team as well as many exciting tasks and design opportunities await you.

You create and process cost approvals and target agreements for vocational measures on behalf of our vocational and integration consultants. Vocational measures include, for example, initial training for adolescents and young adults, retraining, integration measures, or work trials for adults. After the completion of the integration measures, you close the case and create the corresponding closing notification for our customers. The case-leading vocational and integration consultants remain the direct contact persons for the customers.

You convince us professionally and personally.
For this responsible task, you have a commercial vocational training with profile M or E. Alternatively, you have completed another three-year apprenticeship and supplemented it with qualified commercial further training. You have good MS Office skills and express yourself confidently orally and in writing. Professional experience in complex administration will facilitate your entry.

You have a quick grasp of things and think in networks. As a result, you quickly recognize the needs of the vocational and integration consultants and know what is coming up next. With your strong service orientation, you support them reliably and independently in administrative case processing. A dynamic working environment with various contact persons is right up your street. You see constructive feedback as an opportunity for further development.
