Project Manager Substations

You will lead demanding infrastructure projects in the field of substations and network technology and are responsible for their successful implementation.

Tasks

• Acquisition and preparation of offers for the new construction and expansion of substations
• Management of demanding substation and network infrastructure projects
• Monitoring and controlling of costs, schedules, and quality
• Coordination of internal and external teams
• Maintenance of contacts with specialists, customers, and suppliers
• Leadership of the project team in a matrix organization
• Organization and enforcement of occupational safety guidelines in the project

Profile

• Completed engineering studies or experience in infrastructure project management
• Professional experience in power transmission and distribution, specifically in the engineering of large plants
• Sound project management knowledge, ideally with project manager certification
• High level of assertiveness, technical understanding, and commitment
• Communication and coordination strength with various stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and customer orientation
