In order to strengthen our team, we are recruiting a Property Management Assistant with an apprentice trainer diploma.

Your future missions and responsibilities

• Ensure the administrative and technical assistance of a real estate portfolio
• Carry out the monitoring of terminations and the administrative management of works
• Establish lease agreements and contractual documents
• Ensure the monitoring of claims and coordinate the various stakeholders
• Organize and manage move-in/move-out inspections
• Supervise, support and ensure the training monitoring of an apprentice, ensuring the development of their skills and the achievement of their training objectives

Profile

You today ...

• CFC as a commercial employee, ideally in the real estate sector
• Proven experience in a similar function
• Apprentice trainer diploma required
• Excellent organizational skills, rigor and autonomy
• Communication skills, pedagogy and pleasure in transmitting knowledge
• Ease with IT tools, ideally GaraioREM
