Fenstersanierungs AG Mittelland specializes in the planning and execution of all renovations in the field of windows and external doors. Are you a fitter, service technician, or otherwise working in the window industry and would like to take on responsibility in the office with your manual expertise? We are looking for a loyal and committed personality immediately or by arrangement!

What makes YOUR work varied:
Assumption of your own projects after careful induction
Central contact person for customers, suppliers, and planning partners during the entire project process
Internal support for the project managers and management in daily business
Conducting site surveys and measurement appointments for private customers as well as on construction sites
Preparation of offers, order confirmations, execution documents, and CAD drawings
Coordination of customer appointments, material orders, installation assignments, and warranty/repair orders
Ensuring the usual execution quality while complying with occupational safety
Participation in cost management and the billing process as well as optimization of various internal processes
What WE do not want to do without:
Completed vocational training EFZ in a manual field, ideally as a carpenter, joiner, metalworker, or a comparable training (alternatively a career changer with several years of professional experience in the window or door industry)
Further training to become a project manager is an advantage
however not a requirement, we are happy to support you in your professional development
Confident use of MS Office and CAD, knowledge of Bexio is an advantage
Customer orientation, service mindset, and quality awareness at the highest level
Passion for contact with all stakeholders
Independent, organized, and solution-oriented way of working paired with teamwork skills
Willingness to perform and learn, including technical understanding
Fluent German in spoken and written form and a well-groomed, confident appearance
Driver's license category B
