Area of activity
Receiving written and telephone customer inquiries for an energy group. Creating payment agreements as well as payment reminders stops, processing electricity meter entries and moving notifications, receiving and processing complaints as well as processing inquiries regarding photovoltaics (PVA). Professional communication, both oral and written, characterizes your daily work.

Experience
You have initial experience in telephone customer contact. You possess strong communicative skills and have an accent-free way of speaking in the required languages. Your IT affinity as well as your MS-Office skills round off your profile.

Education
You have a good general education and very good geographical knowledge of Switzerland.

Languages
German/accent-free Swiss German Mother tongue / C2
French B2, business fluent
