In the Customer Operations sector, you participate in shaping the customer experience for those who have experienced a claim and receive benefits. What awaits you

• Professional management and advice to companies, insured persons, and commercial partners within the framework of LPP administrative management
• Within the framework of the shared responsibility of a portfolio, management of priorities and processing of more complex operational processes, both at the level of the pension fund (such as the preparation of offers, underwriting and conclusion of new business, the processing of partial liquidation, year-end processing, collection and termination of the contract) and at the level of the insured person (such as risk assessment, buy-ins, home ownership promotion, divorce, cash payments, and old-age pension calculation)
• Management of processes returned from our sourcing partner
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of business processes and customer services
• Coordination and cooperation with internal departments such as accounting, the benefits service, the collection service, our distribution channel, and specialized services
• Coordination with external organizations such as federal administrative services, other pension institutions, lawyers, and courts

What you bring

• Advisory skills and customer orientation: empathy, solution orientation, and responsiveness
• Professional competence: experience in the administrative management of occupational pension schemes, obtaining a federal diploma or completing studies at a higher business school is an asset
• Digital affinity and good IT skills
• Proficiency in French
• Foreign language skills (D/E/I); at least one language at a very good level, each additional language would be an advantage
• Networking, quick understanding with an analytical mind
• Personal responsibility, decision-making spirit, and resilience
