The Human Resources department, managed at a national level, is responsible for personnel affairs for the entirety of SSR and ensures their management. Human Resources supports SSR employees in all personnel-related matters, offers a modern range of initial and continuous training, and is responsible for the global implementation of modern key processes.

Your mission ####

• Ensure the hierarchical and functional management of the Suisse romande sales team (3 employees) dedicated to radio and TV sponsoring
• Assume responsibility for turnover and budget at regional and national levels, in accordance with the objectives set in the field of radio and TV sponsoring
• Develop and implement the sales and market development strategy, including the planning of commercial measures and structured prospecting activities at regional and national levels
• Develop turnover and maintain relationships with clients and agencies, ensure systematic acquisition of new clients and design personalized offers meeting their needs
• Collaborate closely with internal interfaces and external partners
• Establish sales forecasts, reporting as well as offers and presentations adapted to clients

Your profile ####

• Solid commercial skills across the entire sales cycle (sales funnel), with an excellent understanding of client needs and development opportunities
• Several years of experience in a leadership position within sales in the media sector
• Excellent communication and presentation skills allowing for the easy conduct of client meetings, negotiations, events and market actions
• Very good organizational and coordination skills, particularly in the planning and implementation of commercial actions, client events and market communication
• Developed professional network and excellent ability to build and maintain relationships of trust
• Good to very good knowledge of at least two national languages; proficiency in English is an asset
