Legal Counsel

Implenia is looking for a Legal Counsel for its site in Onex (Geneva). In this key role, you will provide legal advice and support to the operational divisions for all matters related to construction law, real estate law, and tenancy law.

Missions: Legal Counsel ###

What will your missions be as a Legal Counsel?

• Comprehensive legal support for construction projects and real estate transactions.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts (notably real estate sales contracts, construction and mandate contracts, project development contracts, etc.).
• Autonomous handling of legal files in the field of construction and real estate law.
• Autonomously conducting contractual negotiations.
• Representation of Implenia before courts and state authorities.
• Management of external lawyers.
• Advisory functions regarding Compliance.

Requirements: Legal Counsel ###

What are your skills as a Legal Counsel?

• Complete university studies in Switzerland (lic. iur./Master of Law) with a Swiss bar admission.
• At least 8 years of professional experience as a lawyer or Legal Counsel, including at least 2 years in the field of construction law and real estate law.
• Ability to assert oneself and negotiate.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and precisely in a constantly evolving environment, even under high pressure, as well as to handle complex issues with economic impact from a legal perspective.
• French native speaker with very good knowledge of English, German is an asset.
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office.
