As part of the development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company in the field of human resources management and pension funds. In order to strengthen our team in charge of the accounting of our << Fondation collective >> clients, grouping more than 100 pension schemes, we are looking for a committed person to join our Trianon entity, currently based in Nyon (VD) and called to join our site in Paudex at the beginning of 2027, as a finance and accounting specialist (m/f). Missions * Ensure the monitoring, control, and closing of accounting and financial operations, notably the reconciliation of operational cash, the integration of movements related to securities deposits, and the recording of closing entries (accruals, capital movements, adjustments of technical elements, etc.) * Prepare the annual accounts and financial statements of the pension schemes affiliated with FCT / FCT 1e, and participate in the closing of consolidated accounts in accordance with the Swiss GAAP RPC 26 standard * Produce the reporting and financial analyses required by clients, notably interim situations (cash-flow, assets) as well as data according to IAS / US GAAP standards intended for external experts * Actively participate in account audits and regulatory obligations, in collaboration with clients and auditing bodies, and ensure the preparation of tax returns, Guarantee Fund forms, as well as correspondence with the ASFIP * Collaborate closely with internal teams (administrative and technical management, actuarial, sales) and ensure direct contact with clients, notably the FCT, as well as with foundation boards Your profile * Holder of a higher education degree in accounting, finance or an equivalent field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar function * Experience in fiduciary accounting or auditing, ideally acquired in a Big Four, with practice in managing a multi-client environment * Proven experience in the closing of accounts and the preparation of financial statements * Knowledge of the accounting of occupational pension institutions constitutes an asset * Very good mastery of Excel and ease with usual IT tools * Rigorous, organized, and autonomous personality, with a strong sense of responsibility * Customer orientation, team spirit and interest in sharing knowledge and best practices within a small team We offer * An exceptional working environment * Infrastructure available to employees (company restaurant, changing rooms, etc.) * Interesting social benefits * Flexible hours, teleworking as well as possibilities for continuing education * All this in a motivating and varied professional environment For any additional information, please contact Mme Julie Bucher at .
