Your new tasks

Responsible for the overall communication of an internal project (Sherpa X) for the transformation of the system and process landscape of Siemens Switzerland (approx. 60%)

• Conception, coordination, and implementation of the communication and stakeholder engagement strategy for the various business units
• Close cooperation with executives and the global project team to ensure effective communication
• Promotion of transformation storytelling and executive engagement
• Development and implementation of communication measures

Marketing and corporate communications (approx. 20%)

• Independent planning and implementation of marketing and communication measures using internal and external channels
• Consulting, implementation, and analysis of communication and marketing services for internal customers
• Creation of publications of all kinds, including social media and online content
• Strategic leadership of communicative key topics
• Project-related collaboration within the team

Your talents and experiences

• Completed studies in the field of marketing or corporate communications
• Several years of professional experience in the field of marketing or corporate communications
• Experience in supporting change or transformation projects is an advantage
• Ability to translate strategies into local measures and prepare them appropriately for the target group
• Team player with a lot of initiative
• Interest in the technological possibilities for business and society and working in an international environment
• Experience and enjoyment in both conceptual work and implementation
• Professional German and English with good linguistic expression
