Project Manager - High Voltage Infrastructures

Our client, a recognized engineering and services company, is strengthening its presence in French-speaking Switzerland. For its Lausanne office, we are looking for a Project Manager - High Voltage Infrastructures, starting from 01.10.2026, or to be agreed.

As part of this new position, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in technical management and project management for the development of French-speaking Switzerland. Initially, you will work in close collaboration with the German-speaking Swiss teams and will leverage your expertise and network to actively contribute to the development of the power line sector at the local level. You will be responsible for projects from design to implementation and, in the medium term, you will have the possibility to build and lead your own team at the Lausanne site.

Your responsibilities ###

• Manage energy infrastructure and power line projects, from initial planning and design to construction and commissioning
• Ensure project completion by coordinating multidisciplinary teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Strengthen the company's presence in the French-speaking Swiss market through your network and client relationships
• Provide technical leadership throughout the implementation of high voltage infrastructure projects
• Develop business in Lausanne and your role as a technical and project management expert in the local market

Your profile ###

• Engineering degree in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification
• Experience in the design of high voltage lines or the development of energy networks
• Interest in managing technical projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and market development
• Fluent French and good knowledge of English; German (or interest in learning it) is a significant asset
• You are a communicator comfortable with networking, with an open mind and capable of remaining calm in demanding project environments
