Job Description

• You advise our customers regarding Modern Workplace and Microsoft Intune.
• You analyze requirements and develop technical solution and architecture concepts from them.
• You develop solution designs for RFPs, tenders, and complex customer inquiries.
• You create and are responsible for technical offers, including scope of services, quantity structure, calculation, and delimitations.
• You design modern workplace solutions with a focus on Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management, and Microsoft 365.
• You present solutions to customers and support Sales in offering and decision-making situations.
• You plan and moderate workshops on requirements, architecture, solution design, and roadmaps.
• You work closely with Sales, Engineering, Architecture, and Service Management.
• You ensure that the developed solutions are technically feasible, economically sensible, and operable.
• You actively contribute your experience to the further development of our Workplace portfolio, our standards, and presales documents.

Qualifications

• Very good and profound knowledge of Microsoft Intune.
• Several years of experience in the field of Modern Workplace, Endpoint Management, or Microsoft 365.
• Experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture, or Workplace Consulting.
• Experience in creating offers, technical concepts, and solution designs.
• You can calculate services, efforts, and technical solutions in a structured manner.
• Experience with RFPs and tenders is an advantage.
• You can convey complex technical topics in an understandable and target-group-oriented manner.
• You appear confidently with customers and enjoy presentations and workshops.
• You work pragmatically, solution-oriented, and independently.
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills.
