Your task ##

• You design, implement and optimize IT infrastructures with a focus on Microsoft, Aruba and Fortinet.
• You realize IT projects from planning to acceptance.
• You are responsible for the operation, maintenance and support of customer environments.
• You analyze malfunctions and implement sustainable technical solutions.
• You continuously develop your know-how and share your knowledge in the team.
• You plan and realize your tasks independently and with personal responsibility.
• You work in a solution-oriented manner and support the team with your technical expertise.
• You contribute ideas for automation and continuous optimization of the IT environments.

Your profile ##

• You have completed an apprenticeship in computer science in system engineering and bring initial professional experience.
• You have good knowledge of Windows Server/Client, Active Directory, Exchange, virtualizations
• You bring network knowledge in switching, routing and WLAN. IT security is an advantage.
• You have experience in 2nd and 3rd level support as well as in the analysis and rectification of complex malfunctions.
• You communicate confidently, value customer contact and convince through an authentic appearance.
• You also work in a structured, solution-oriented manner under time pressure and take on additional responsibility if necessary.
