What your day looks like

• You are part of our administrative support team and take care of all aspects of daily business in an orientation towards needs.
• You work independently and across borders for the Swiss and German organizations.
• You are in active exchange with colleagues as well as external partners for payroll accounting, bookkeeping, and accounting.
• Creating, checking, and posting customer and supplier invoices comes easily to you.
• You ensure the smooth handling of administrative activities. You process internal and external requests with professional competence and help to improve processes.

What you should bring with you

• You are inquisitive, enjoy thinking for yourself, and organize your work independently.
• You have completed commercial training and several years of professional experience.
• You have a high level of service orientation and enjoy administrative tasks.
• You are used to researching topics independently and formulating content precisely.
• You are familiar with common Office products and enjoy dealing with accounting topics.
• You are fluent in German, as it is our corporate language, and also have good English skills.
